My name is Judy, and I have been working for Christine Breese for almost 14 years as the office manager of University of Metaphysical Sciences. For anybody who doesn’t know Christine, she is a visionary who has been an integral part of many people’s spiritual paths. Christine founded Wisdom of the Heart Church in 2004 and quickly carried out her vision of creating the University of Metaphysical Sciences; she then went on to build Gaia Sagrada Retreat Center in Ecuador.
Christine has given her adult life in devotion to Spirit. She has carried out the creation of big things in her life by allowing God to work through her to help her fellow humans heal from their past and find peace, step into their power, and embrace life. The effects of her work are too big to be known, as so many that she has helped have gone on to make helping others their own life’s work. The ripples continue.
If you have met Christine, experienced her retreats, listened to her talks, read her courses or experienced her guided meditations, you know that she is truly connected with the divine. She lives and breathes this connection, following the guidance she receives, no matter how exhausting the work! Christine is a beautiful, brilliant, kind and generous soul. It continues to be an honor to work with her in carrying out her vision for University of Metaphysical Sciences.
Christine recently announced that she has been diagnosed with Stage 4 b-cell non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. This was an absolute shock to her and everyone around her. Christine works so hard and has always been the vision of health and vitality. This is completely unexpected, especially being diagnosed at such a late stage.
Because of the stage of her illness, Christine needs to begin chemotherapy treatments immediately. As we all know, this is very expensive. The estimated expense for the first round of treatment is $135,000. Unfortunately, Christine has only the national Ecuador insurance which is not going to cover the medical costs.
Christine’s focus has to be on her health, not worrying about how to cover the medical expenses. She needs to be taken care of now, as she has taken care of countless others in her life. Hopefully she will only need one round of treatments for the cancer to leave her body.
Christine will make it through this! This is not the end of her story, but a difficult chapter which will ultimately help her grow, learn to take it a little easier in her life, make more time for herself, and show herself the love she shows to everyone she encounters.
Christine’s Dad has created a Go Fund Me page to raise funds for Christine’s treatments. If you want to help Christine with these expenses, please donate what you can. We are trying to raise the funds as quickly as possible so that the financial piece is taken care of and Chrsitine can focus on herself. If you are not able to help financially, you can help her energetically. When Christine received her diagnosis, she asked her friends and family:
“If you want to pray for me or hold a healing space for me, please don’t be depressed or scared for me. Just envision me in your mind’s eye, happy, smiling, laughing, whole, healed, and totally feeling fulfilled and living my life…”
Please help us hold this space and vision for Christine throughout her healing journey.
Thanks and blessings,
Judy Pasko
